Water
is a basic human need. Our whole body depends on it. The percentage of water in
our body averages 60%. It is used by all the organs of our body, so, anytime

can get water from both food and drink and the daily intake should be:
- For men: about 3.7 liters or 125 ounces (or 15.5 cups)
- For women: about 2.7 liters or 91 ounces (or 11.5 cups)

this, you can spread the intake throughout the day. What counts is that you are
not far below the recommended amount. Even if you are not able to reach this
amount, you still get water from the food you eat. Soups, vegetables, and some
